2. No Guarantee of Funding, Grants, or Financial Results

3. Independent Territory Partners
Our nationwide Territory Partners are independent business operators who license our technology and referral conduits. They are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of WBC Enterprise. Territory Partners operate their own independent businesses, retain 100% of their client billings, and are solely responsible for their own professional advice and client agreements.
4. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Tools
All website content, software code, AI workflows, branding, graphics, logos, videos, educational curriculum, and diagnostic templates belong exclusively to WBC Enterprise. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, sell, or reproduce any part of our platform without prior written permission.
5. User Conduct and Information Accuracy
When you submit an intake assessment, schedule a discovery call, or apply for our programs, you agree to provide accurate, honest, and complete information regarding your business, finances, and ownership structure. Submitting misleading or fraudulent information will result in immediate termination of access to our platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WBC Enterprise, its founders, officers, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, funding delays, loan denials, grant rejections, or independent business decisions. Building and funding a business carries inherent commercial risk.
